Dear San Gabriel Valley Radio Control Members,
We will be hosting our first in person membership meeting in over a year and a half at our flying field, (Ken Meade Field) on Saturday May 21st, 2022, at 10am. I am hoping that we have a good turnout.
We are going to have a special speaker Mr. Rick Mattie. Rick has been involved in our hobby for many years and was sponsored by Mr. Joe Bridie in the earlier years of Classic Pattern precision aerobatics. He also has worked at some of the big manufacturers in our hobby. He will be open to any suggested topics related to our hobby and his experiences. I am looking forward to hearing Mr. Mattie speak.
We will be raffling a 30cc ARF and some very nice prizes! We will also be having our ‘Model of the Month”. If you have an airplane you would like to enter and has been flown at least ounce, please bring it to the meeting if you would like to enter it. I hope to see you all there!
